Gyarados costume Head side view

A Gyarados costume head, side view, it is quite comfortable to wear. It has a skeleton structure of pool noodles, garden tubing and duct tape, the details are built up with a foam camping/yoga mat, I hot glued quilting fleece on and then covered with soft coloured fleece for the skin.
The garden tubing has been formed into a hoop that fits snugly over my shoulders, I can see out of the black mesh fabric and I will be using more of the tubing to form the rest of the costume.
